Privacy
This is a plain description of current behaviour, not a legal privacy policy.
A reviewed policy will replace it before any account or payment feature exists. Nothing here is
written to sound like law, because pretending to have legal cover you do not have helps nobody.
What happens when you run a check
- The domain you type is used to look up public settings and produce your report.
- Your report is held temporarily so the page can be shown to you, and is deleted after 24 hours.
- Reports are not listed in search engines and are not shared with anyone.
What we record
- Counts of how the site is used, such as how many checks were run and which findings people opened.
- The domain you checked is turned into a one way code before it is recorded, so usage can be counted without keeping a list of who checked what.
- Your IP address is used briefly to apply rate limits and is stored only in a one way coded form.
What we do not do
- No accounts exist yet, so no account data is held.
- No payment details are collected anywhere on this site.
- No advertising trackers, no third party analytics scripts, and no external fonts or assets.
- Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.
Access to your systems
None is requested and none is held. We read public settings only. We have no ability to change your DNS or read your email.
